«I’m very happy, of course.
«I had tried to return many times and it wasn’t possible.
«It’s a massive joy for me and for all the people at the club and for my family.»
Asked if he’d ever considered retirement, the midfielder admitted that he had.
«There were some tough times where I thought that maybe the best thing was to stop, because there had been many disappointments in a row,» he said.
«But now I’m going to try to help the team.»
